TIFFANY MANGINI
GIRLS HEAD COACH
2016-Current
Coach Mangini's passion for wrestling began during her time at Southlake Carroll High School, where she distinguished herself as a 4-time State Qualifier and earned the title of State Runner-Up in 2006. Prior to embracing coaching, she served her country for 12 years in the Army Reserves, showcasing her skills as a Civil Affairs Specialist in both the 490th Civil Affairs Battalion and the 321st Civil Affairs Brigade. Her service included a deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2011, where her dedication and leadership were evident. Transitioning from military service as a Staff Sergeant, she shifted her focus entirely to coaching, recognizing the transformative power of sports in young lives. Joining FMHS during its inaugural wrestling season in 2016-2017, Coach Mangini has been an integral part of the Lady Jags ever since, shaping athletes both on and off the mat.
Drake Dudley
GIRLS assistant COACH
2024-Current
We are thrilled to announce that Coach Dudley is joining the Lady Jags for the 2024-2025 season as our first assistant coach. Coach Dudley brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to our community. His wrestling journey began at age 9, and as a Flower Mound Jaguar Wrestling alumni, he graduated in 2013. During his time at FMHS, he was a 3-time State Finalist and the 2011 UIL State Champion at 160 lbs.

After high school, Coach Dudley continued his wrestling career in college at Colorado Mesa University and the University of North Texas, where he became an NCWA Greco-Roman National Champion. After graduating from UNT, he founded the Flower Mound Wrestling Club, where he mentored multiple state qualifiers and placers and worked with over 250 student-athletes. In addition to his wrestling expertise, he is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Purple Belt.
